Who we are
RCCG New Life Assembly, Luton is a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you send us a message using the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. If you tell us you are planning to visit, we also receive the date, group size and whether you are bringing children, if you choose to share them. We use this only to reply to you and to help with what you have asked about, such as planning a visit or praying for you.
If you email or phone us directly, we receive the details you choose to share, and use them in the same way.
Who handles your information
- Formspree receives messages from our contact and visit forms and forwards them to our church email. Formspree is based in the United States, and keeps a copy of each message in our account.
- Google provides our church email. The map on our Contact page is also loaded from Google, which receives your device’s IP address when it loads.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. It keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site, and provides our visitor statistics (see below).
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it for anything other than replying to you.
Cookies and visitor statistics
This website does not set cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without tracking you across other websites, and without identifying you. The Google map on the Contact page may set its own cookies when it loads.
If you close the announcement bar at the top of the site, your browser remembers that on your own device so it stays closed; this is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
